Each of our SOLEutions Custom devices are hand crafted by the same highly skilled technicians that fabricate our Comprehensive Custom line.

SOLEutions Custom may be ordered with select additions and accommodations. Our custom made devices can be fabricated from plaster, cast foam or scanned negative models. Plus, innovative materials and modern fabricating techniques is what sets us apart and allows us to produce a fully custom product line more efficiently; so you can save on the bottom line!

Basic: Semi-rigid polyolefin shell. Low bulk intrinsic rearfoot and forefoot posts. Durable vinyl top cover to met length.

Sport: Semi-rigid polyolefin shell. 55 durometer shock attenuating rearfoot posts. Durable vinyl cover to met length.

Rigid: Rigid polyolefin shell. 70 durometer fatigue resistant rearfoot posts. Durable vinyl cover to met length.

Woman's Fashion: Thin semi-flexible polyolefin shell. Intrinsic forefoot and rearfoot posts. "Zero-Bulk" plantar heel cut out. 1/16" cushioned suede cover to sulcus length.

Men's Fashion: Semi-rigid polyolefin shell. Low bulk intrinsic rearfoot and forefoot posts. 1/16" cushioned suede cover to sulcus length.

Casual Dress: Thin semi-flexible polyolefin shell. Supportive and shock attenuating EVA arch reinforcement. Ultra low bulk "Plantar Grind" intrinsic design. 1/16" cushioned suede cover to sulcus length.

Accommodative: Flexible yet resilient polyolefin shell. Comforting and shock absorbing low density EVA arch reinforcement. Low bulk intrinsic rearfoot and forefoot posts. 1/8" cushioned cover to full length.
